After receiving a medical release form signed by your physician, a musculoskeletal exam is performed by a physical therapist. Based on the results of the exam, in conjunction with your fitness goals; an individualized exercise program is developed. The typical components of the program are warm-up stretching, aerobic conditioning, and strengthening.

The program is available in both the Marlboro and Old Bridge/Matawan locations. The hours are Tuesday and Thursday 2-8pm and Saturday 8am-12pm. The cost is $35/month with no initial fee and no long-term contract.
